Hello my name is Carol, I am the creator of Lucky Bag. Everything you see on this site is handmade by myself. This web site has been designed by me and is also maintained and regularly updated by me.
I’ve been sewing since I was about 11 years old, I would make clothes and bags for myself and as I got older my friends and family would ask me to alter or repair clothes for them. Then they asked me to make clothes for them, for weddings and other special occasions when they couldn’t find anything they liked in the shops.
Opposite are photos from my own wedding in 2001, which I made my own dress and bridesmaids dresses for. I also did the bouquets and favours.
